Blue City Trio

Blue City is a Kelowna-based musical trio that have been entertaining Okanagan audiences for over 15 years. Blue City has developed a hard-earned reputation as one of Kelowna’s finest professional musical acts – covering a spectrum of musical styles from classic rock and pop, to jazz, latin, country and world music.

Blue City is:

Tom and Sergei have been playing in bands together since high school, forming Blue City as a duo 1997. After making the decision to expand to a trio, they brought aboard the very gifted Dan Marcelino to cover drums, percussion, and harmony vocals.   An award winning drummer and multi-instrumentalist, he is also owner of DMA Studios in Lake Country, BC.    When Dan isn't available, Tom and Sergei have employed the rotating talents of several of the Okanagan’s finest percussionists and drummers, including:

Blue City is known for their 3 part harmonies, exceptional musical abilities, and their vast, eclectic repertoire featuring unique interpretations of classic tunes. Over the years, the members of Blue City have played in bands covering off almost every musical genre imaginable – Jazz, Rock, Latin, Country, Funk, Blues, Pop, Disco, etc. – and that background gives them the unique ability to change musical directions on a dime to serve whatever the audience demands.
